Tracking Impact

We monitor progress to see how the FairPlay programme impacts students from all backgrounds. Through self-reflection surveys, students showcase new learnings, identify areas of growth, and share how the classes have benefited them. We use quantitate and qualitative questions, covering a range of topics, including: “On a scale of 1-6, how well did you work as a team this week?”, “Tell us about a time where you overcame a challenge this month.”, “What are 5 career paths you’re interested in pursuing?”
